It gives me immense pride and pleasure to welcome you to JIS Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana, Punjab.

I have assumed the office of Principal with a profound sense of duty. I deem it both an honor and a solemn responsibility to serve nascent institute started by JIS group who took a benevolent and visionary initiative to improve healthcare services in underserved areas of Punjab.

Faculty, Residents, Nursing and Paramedical staff here are deeply committed to impart quality education by adopting best practices in teaching methodology and work to raise the bar in health care delivery through state-of-the-art equipment, so that ultimately our MBBS students become capable of handling the immense responsibility of being a medical professional as well as the social responsibility that comes with this job, and contribute to nation building.

For all round psychosocial and physical development of our students, the staff will ensure that students participate in extra and co-curricular activities and social service too.

In times to come, we are poised to grow into a centre of excellence that will be a beacon for students, doctors and patients.
